Complaints
Complaints of our goods are considered in accordance with the Act of the Council of Ministers of July 27, 2002. on special conditions of consumer sales and on the amendment of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 item 1176).
The goods under complaint should be sent at your own expense, together with the reason for the complaint (a brief description of the damage) to the company’s address. You should enter your personal data and the account number to which the possible payment is to be returned.
Proof of purchase must be attached to the shipment.
We will inform the Buyer about the method of considering the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
If the complaint is considered justified, the value of the goods will be returned to the Buyer’s account within 14 working days by bank transfer.
At the time of delivery of the package, you are obliged to check the condition of the package. If it is damaged, you are obliged to report this fact to the supplier, write down a damage report and immediately contact the “BJUSHOP” staff. Complaints regarding mechanical damage to the shipment caused during transport will be considered only after drawing up a damage report signed by the recipient and the supplier of the shipment.
We do not accept COD shipments.
