1. How to create an account in the BJU online store?
To set up an account in the BJU online store, click the “Register” icon at the top of the page, then enter your name, email, and set a password. After clicking on the “Register” icon, we can fully use the account.

3. How can I place an order?
To place an order, select the section and category that interests you or use our product search engine available at the top of the page in any browser. With selected products, we can find information about the selected product (e.g. capacity, application). The product you want to buy should be added to the basket, and then go to the order. In order for the process to be completed, you will need data for shipping, optionally for the invoice and the selected payment method. After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation informing you that the order has been processed.
4. Can I place an order in another way?
In addition to the above-mentioned method of placing orders via the website, we also accept orders via: Instagram, Facebook and by phone.
5. Can I purchase products in person?
All products ordered by you can be picked up in our store at 27 Trzcinowa Street in Warsaw. We do not then charge for shipping or any other handling fees. Here is some information about personal pickups:

6. How can I pay to complete my purchase?
In order for the purchase to be finalized, the payment must be made via PayU or PayPal. It is also possible to pay by credit card and bank transfer.
7. Can I receive a VAT invoice after purchase?
Yes, it is possible to receive a VAT invoice for products purchased in our store. When placing an order, select the option “Need an invoice?” in the form containing our data and providing invoice data. If there is such a situation that the shipping address is different from the invoice details, please select the option in the form – a different shipping address and enter the shipping address.

Orders are sent after the payment is credited on the same day by 4:00 p.m. and the next day for purchases made after 4:00 p.m. In addition, shipments are made on working days, the delivery time is 1-2 working days from sending the shipment, and orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the first working day.
10. How much is the shipping cost?
The total shipping cost is shown in the order summary. Depending on the selected form of payment and the method of delivery, the cost of shipping varies from a few to several zlotys. For purchases over PLN 299, shipping is free.
11. What are the forms of delivery?
Our goods are shipped via Inpost, DHL, DPD in Poland. Thanks to constant cooperation with courier companies, we are able to offer you the highest quality of services. We are distinguished by fast delivery time and the highest level of order security. Each customer receives a waybill number when we send a package, thanks to which he can track the current status of the shipment. In Warsaw and the surrounding area, shipments are made on the same day via FalconX.
