You have the right to resign from the purchased goods or exchange it for another available in the bjushop.com store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

If this right is exercised, the Buyer is obliged to submit a written statement of withdrawal from the contract and send the delivered product together with it to the following address:

The basic condition for the exchange and return of goods is their perfect condition, no signs of use, original packaging and the original proof of purchase attached.

The conditions for making a return are described in the regulations.

Refunds will be made within 14 days by bank transfer to the Customer’s account. In the event that the store is unable to complete the order, please provide your account number via e-mail.

We do not accept COD shipments.
